Plaintiff, Charles Kochan, appeals an order of the trial court granting judgment for defendants on those counts of his complaint alleging a cause of action under the Structural Work Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 48, par. 60 et seq.) (hereinafter the Act). The sole issue to be considered by this court is whether the trial court erred in holding that plaintiff established no cause of action under the Act. We affirm.
